St. John’s Chapel in the Tower

St. John’s Chapel in the Tower was located in the White Tower. The chapel served as a place of worship for the Constable and officers of the Tower and was also used on State occasions (Harben). In 1512, the chapel was damaged in a fire (Stow 1633, sig. F4r).
