Chertsey House

This messuage is not identified on the Agas Map but Prockter and Taylor label a house in this vicinity Ghertsey House (Prockter and Taylor 21). Stow talks about an inn used by the abbots of Chertsey Abbey in Surrey, wherein they were lodged when they repayred to the Citie (Stow 2:11).
