Boss Alley (Billingsgate)

Boss Alley (Billingsgate) is not labelled on the Agas map, but an unmarked alley is visible on the Agas map in the place corresponding to Stow’s account and to the alley’s location on the 1520 map. Like Boss Alley (Queenhithe), it is named after a nearby water boss (Stow 294).
