The Julian calendar, in use in the British Empire until September 1752. This calendar is used for dates where the date of the beginning of the year is ambigious.

) calendar is based on the supposed date of the
creation of the world, which is calculated from Biblical sources. At least two different

Regnal dates are given as the number of years into the reign of a particular monarch.

A study of the early modern London book trade combined with curriculum from the Geographical Information Systems in the Digital Humanities
course offered by the Digital Humanities Summer Institute (DHSI). Readings and assignments engage critically with GIS technology as a research tool in the digital humanities, particularly as an application for analysis for the spatial distribution and interaction of early modern printers, publishers, and booksellers.
