Stow's Survey: Textual Note

Both Stow's 1603 text and Kingford's 1908 edition thereof have marginal notes that function as content descriptors. The BHO transcription groups the marginalia and displays them as in-text section headings. We have encoded these as marginalia, locating them as close as possible to where they appear in Kingsford.
